BOLT 16
Compact production for up to six crew members. A streaming A unit, or additional capacity for graphics, replay, video and transmission.
Discuss BOLT 16
Our compact mobile production units are available in 16-, 24- and 32-foot platforms, designed and integrated by the same engineers who build permanent broadcast facilities.
Choose a Rack Ready unit and integrate it your way, or a fully commissioned Turn-Key system. The layout, workstations and equipment follow your workflow.
Configure your BOLTCompact production for up to six crew members. A streaming A unit, or additional capacity for graphics, replay, video and transmission.
Discuss BOLT 16Nine seating positions for the core crew, including a flexible workstation that adapts to different production roles.
Discuss BOLT 24The flagship platform, with dedicated production, audio and engineering spaces for a full broadcast crew.
Discuss BOLT 32A purpose-built mobile workspace and infrastructure, ready for your chosen production equipment. Agree the layout, rack space, power and cooling as part of the design.
We design, procure, integrate and commission a complete production system around your workflow. Take delivery of a tested, documented unit with training included.
Define your show and crew. Review the floor plan and equipment. We build, integrate, test and train your operators before handoff.

A closer look
A custom unit brings equipment, operator space and site connections into one environment. Choose the platform around the production you need to run repeatedly, rather than simply the amount of equipment it can hold.
Map the production, audio and engineering roles, monitor sightlines and the way people move through the unit. Discuss shared positions, separation between work areas and how visiting crew will connect. The layout should support a normal show day as well as setup and maintenance.
Identify which equipment you will provide, what TCP will integrate and where responsibility changes hands. For a Rack Ready approach, confirm the physical and infrastructure interfaces. For an integrated system, develop the signal flow, control, monitoring and equipment scope together.
Consider camera and venue connections, power availability, communications and output delivery. Discuss the deployment footprint, access and site requirements alongside the internal design. A mobile control room still depends on the environment where it is parked.
Plan cable identification, service access and documentation around a system that travels. Agree the acceptance checks and operator handoff before delivery. Discuss likely future changes so practical expansion options can be considered in the initial rack and infrastructure design.
Before we begin
Get a clearer picture of the engagement before you commit to a direction.
A trailer provides a dedicated operator environment; a flypack works within a space at the venue. Compare deployment space, crew, transport and how frequently the system will be used.
Discuss the equipment list during design. Compatibility, condition, space, power and support requirements help determine what can be retained and how it will connect.
Your production formats, input and output requirements, crew positions, existing equipment and intended use. Desired delivery timing and typical site conditions are also important.
Tell us about the crew, workflow and preferred footprint. We’ll help define the layout and system.
